Analysis of Factors Effective on Teachers' Organizational Happiness Level

In this study, which was conducted to analyze the factors affecting teachers' organizational happiness levels, a survey model, a quantitative research method, was used. The population of the research is 320 teachers working in high schools in Malatya province, who were included in the research by simple random sampling method. Organizational Happiness Scale (OCS), adapted to Turkish by Arslan and Polat (2017), was used as a data collection tool in the study. SPSS 22.0 statistical data analysis program was used to analyze the research data. As a result of the research, it was concluded that female and married teachers experienced a higher level of organizational happiness than other teachers, and that increasing the level of education would have a positive effect on teachers' organizational happiness levels.
